Assalamualaikum and hi guys! As usual im going to update on what i've learned last week or last 2 weeks maybe? (Hehehehe) Since the internet connection is not good last week so im gonna combine what i've learned on week 6 and week 7.
On week 6,we learned about nutrition (which is my favourite topic). From this topic,i learned that we need to take 6 meals per day which includes breakfast,'makan pagi',lunch,tea time,dinner and supper. Dr. Fareed pun ada cakap yang sarapan pagi tu sangat sangatlah penting ya kalian semua. Wajib amik. (Yang cakap ni pun jarang jarang je ambil breakfast hihi).
So guys,remember to take your breakfast even sempat makan roti sekeping je,better than tak makan langsung kan? Than,we learned about nutrients (of course la kan belajar nutrition mesti kait dengan mutrient) which is we all knows that there is six types of nutrients which is carbohydrates,fats,proteins,vitamins,minerals and water.
Alright,move to what i have learned about in week 7. It is more about food packaging and food preserving. For food packaging,kita bagi contoh yang biasa la which is orang dulu dulu biasanya balut kuih dengan daun pisang kan,and yes nasi lemak daun pisang (favourite!!!!). But for now,lets try something new kan, Macam Dr.Fareed cakap macam mana kita nak pasarkan nasi lemak ke luar negara kalau kita still balut nasi lemak guna daun pisang?? Macam mana guys??? But for me,nasi lemak daun pisang is still the best hehehe.
Lets kaitkan nasi lemak dengan food preserving. As we all knows yang biasanya nasi lemak tak tahan lama kan,sebab kalau balut dengan daun pisang macam tu je maybe dalam satu hari je boleh tahan. So macam mana kita nak pasarkan nasi lemak ke luar negara? Jeng jeng jeng................... Dr.Fareed had mentioned about kajian yang dilakukan untuk nasi lemak tahan lama. Hopefully menjadi hehe.
