Introduction to Food Industry

Assalamualaikum and hi everyone! Last week was my first week as a student in UPM and also my first time enter the class of Food Industry. The first activity that we had done in our first class was getting to know our lecturer which is Dr. Ahmad Fareed Ismail. Then,i had the opportunities to know my classmates and lastly getting to know the course and the weekly topics which i have to learn within this semester.

The first thing that Dr. Fareed told us was about the products that can be made from cocoa. As we knows that the most famous products from cocoa was chocolates. All the foods that have been produced is start from the farm. Same goes to the chocolates. The cocoa beans from the farm is send to the factory and becomes cocoa powder. From the cocoa powder, then it becomes chocolate which is white,dark or brown chocolates. Lastly,it will gone through the process of packaging.

WEEK 5

Haiiii Helloooo!!!! Are you guys having a good day today? Yes? Huwaa but not for me😭😭😭 Actually my college (and some area in Selangor including UPM) did not have water for 3 days starting from yesterday and I had to tadah air all the way from ground floor before mandi so yeah I guess its not a good day for me😏 However, I still want to share my lesson from Dr. Fareed's class for today okay. Before that, last weekend I managed to finish my lesson on Google Digital Garage (GDG) which I have explained in my previous post where it is actually free online marketing training from google in order to become a digital expert. There are 106 lessons and if you finished all these lessons you will earn 26 badges😱 BUT, in order for you to get the certificates from google, you will need to answer the final exam and the questions from the final exam are quite hard okay hihi. Week 4

Hello! Good day everyone! I just came back from today's classes and its raining heavily outside hehehe but instead of sleeping, I choose to write and share with you guys what I have learned in our lab sessions today🙌 So, the first thing that we learned today is we created Google Docs for our class so that we can fill in and write whatever related to our subject but for today, we used Google Docs to complete the group list for our project which is CIP-UPM. From my point of view, Google Docs is very easy and convenience for us especially if we are in a group project since all of our group members can access into it and we can straight away compile it there. However, the Google Docs that has been created only can be view and edited by us. WEEK 9

Assalamualaikum and Hi guys! I haven't update anything recently because I am so busy with FYP, assignments and all but thankfully tonight sempat nak update sikit sebab dah lepas presentation website!! Yayyyy!! 👏😄 My group had a presentation in front of Dr Fareed and the CEO of the company that we have choose last week, Alhamdulillah everything went well cuma kena komen sikit-sikit but still ok👌😅 Even though we had done the presentation, but we still need to keep in touch with the CEO because during the presentation, the CEO asked for some changes for the website, so we still need to communicate with him. Besides, in Week 12, Dr Fareed ask us to go to the company so that we can 'transfer' the knowledge or what hahahah I dont remember but something like kita ajar balik lah on how to use the wix and all.
